Intapp
_
Intapp is a leading global provider of cloud-based CRM software for professional and financial services firms.
Intro/
I was a graphic designer on the Creative Services team, supporting the entire marketing department on a wide range of projects. My role ensured visual consistency across various brand touchpoints, including our website, social media channels, emails, events, and internal branding initiatives.
I worked alongside designers, copywriters, and project manager in the creative team while collaborating with marketing stakeholders and web developers. Together, we transformed company and product stories into compelling visuals that resonated with our target audience. These print and digital marketing assets included social media graphics, paid ads, web content, event materials, presentations, infographics, GIFs, illustrations, and sales collateral such as brochures, case studies, ebooks, white papers, and datasheets.
During my tenure, I revamped the entire suite of social graphic templates and singlehandedly created custom graphic patterns for event collateral, paid ads, and infographics. This effort significantly elevated Intapp's brand presence across social media.

1.Social Graphic System Refresh
Overview/
When I first joined Intapp, I worked under the guidance of the Design Director to revamp the company’s social graphic system. We were tasked with incorporating a blue gradient into our visual system—a hue originally developed by the Design Director and the Sr. Graphic Designer for PowerPoint presentations. The C-suite executives appreciated this color usage, recognizing how gradient overlays could create more dynamic backgrounds and add depth to images. This integration into our design system served as an interim solution before the official rebranding rolled out on February 22, 2024.

The original look and feel of marketing collateral before Feb. 2022

Final design | Ultimately, I redesigned 10+ social media graphic templates, significantly boosting engagement and enhancing brand presence on LinkedIn and Twitter. Additionally, I helped build social graphic templates on Canva, streamlining marketers' workflow and saving them 1 hour per week on creating social graphics for different social platforms.
2.Intapp Billstream Infographic Redesign
Overview/
Billstream is a prebill automation solution Intapp acquired from Wilson Allen in June 2022. This project aims to simplify and update the original layout and illustrations to better align with our brand aesthetic.
I began by refining the layout before moving on to the illustrative icons. The final layout features a dynamic left-to-right path line that smoothly guides the viewer's eyes through the content.

3.Infographics for University Graduate Program and 7 Tech Adoption Tips from Law Firm COOs Webpages
Overview/
Creating an interactive infographic detailing the step-by-step hiring process for candidates on the University Graduate Program webpage. Stakeholders requested to incorporate some interaction or transition as viewers navigated through each step.
I collaborated with the Sr. Graphic Designer and Front-End Developer to devise a drop-down menu format showcasing collapsed and expanded illustrations. This format displays content with interactive transitions when viewers click on the menu. We held multiple calls and discussions to ensure the design elements function seamlessly on the webpage.
For the design hand-off, I provided a mockup illustrating the collapsed and expanded menu, along with a style guide outlining typography, color usage, and drop-down menu states (default, hover, and pressed). This collaboration enabled us to experiment with different infographic formats and designs to determine which resonated best with our target audience. We subsequently applied the same approach to the“7 Tech Adoption Tips from Law Firm COOs” webpage.
